Tonight nobody is going to tell you what to think.
Well. Almost nobody.

Question that back then, and you're a crank —

The pendulum has only two speeds:
far too late — and then immediately too far.

And what he's selling is about as new

both of them need somebody to blame.
Both of them need an outside,
or the whole machine won't start.
One of them says: them, up there.

And nobody says: hold on —
if there's nobody out there,
who exactly are we fighting?
